Bonnet Crest Badges

I've been looking for a very early bonnet crest badge ( to suit a '66 vehicle ) at a reasonable price, I've not found any but have spotted later ones (901 559 210 20) on ebay which don't have the pins on the back. Would anyone know why there's a proliferation of such, could it be because they've been prized off in theft?

Hi Chris,

The badge at the bottom is correct for a 66 and is available. Nearly finished a very minor restoration. Otherwise an original badge with patina. Not suitable for a concours car but perfect for a driver. Available with or without the bonnet gasket. Sorry, I don’t have any original speed nuts.
