However I’m using the trade dept which sounds like a different experience to a retail customer unfortunately.

Angus says likewise Jon- sadly my retail experience ( taking payment for goods not in stock etc) is poor.

Used them regular during last two years. No issues. Ordered a few parts the other day and can’t believe they were delivered today before Christmas.

I need to do some simple maintenance and a bit more to my 73T/3.2, so a mix of parts.

Looked on the D911 web site and found almost all I needed and noted many parts said 'in-stock', so ordered them.
The parts i could not find I found on Type911 no trouble, so ordered them too.

All parts from both suppliers arrived within the hour of each other, complete, and 26 hours after ordering.

Just need the temperature to rise 10 deg to fit them...
