It has obviously been refurbished at some point in the past - re-plated case, new (?) face, repainted pointer, etc - but the inner black bezel which has the part number printed on it has been left out (see last photo below).
However, this is not noticeable when installed & does not affect the speedo's function in any way.

Darn it you gotta be quick round here. My 1970 dial doesn't work and it will cost more than that to get fixed
