Had an early start , crap drive down the nightmare excuse for a road that is the M1 followed by a busy slow drive down the fosse way . Driving down south is not my favourite pastime. On a positive note car is running well


Arrive at the hotel , had a walk around the nearby estate with my wife and about to have some beer and wine

Driving in the South is generally a terrible experience. Car looking fine though

Good luck to all for tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you guys at Boxengasse.

Got about 2/3 of the way there then had almost total brake loss !

Carried on for a short while as strangely the pedal had returned to normal ... only for the same thing to happen again several times.

Stopped & checked fluid reservoir but no drop in level so reluctantly decided to turn round & head back (cautiously) - few scary moments !

First thoughts are that the master cylinder seals have failed ...

Gutted not to have made it
