As for name badges etc - just introduce yourself to anyone else with a Porsche - job done!!

I end up there a fair bit. In my experience most folk want one of the ‘halo’ spaces in front of the building. There are maybe 15 of these so I would avoid.

I agree with Anglo, if we ask to turn hard left ‘into the trees’ past the Teepee (Blue circle) it opens out into a space big enough for us all (Red). At that time of day we will have the run of it. We can then take over the teepee, it has its own bar and enough space for us to gather and talk shite. Just my 10c. ImageImage

That’s kind of the area I was suggesting, but I was thinking up on the grass as more room, but suppose it doesn’t matter if we are blocking people in on that bit if its all us :)

Really looking forward to the next few days, and a special thanks for the organisation!

Have just checked the weather, and is looking great with lots of warmth and sunshine on the Sunday too.

Don't forget your suncream folks :)

IMPORTANT INFO: Download Your Tickets Now

Please note: Eventbrite, our ticketing provider, no longer attaches tickets to their confirmation emails.

Avoid Queues by Downloading Tickets in Advance.

How to Download Your Tickets:

1. Check Your Purchase Confirmation Email: Look for an email from Eventbrite. Check your spam.

2. Find the Button: In the email, there is a button labeled ‘Go to My Tickets’.

3. Follow the Instructions: Click the button and follow the instructions to download your tickets.

Why Download Now?

- Avoid Delays: Downloading your tickets in advance will help you avoid check-in delays.

- Limited Phone Signal: There is very little phone signal at Boxengasse, making it difficult to download tickets on the day of the event.

Important Reminders:

- Gates open at 10:00, and admission will not be granted beforehand.
- Admission will close at 13:30 to help with traffic flow on our single lane track.
- Have your tickets out and ready to be scanned.
- Help us reduce check-in times by not arriving all at once.
- Tickets are NOT available at the gate, only online in advance.
- If you only intend on being with us for a short while, please park in our short-stay car park to help reduce traffic.
- With your support at 12:00 we will be observing a minute of silence in memory of a member of our team who we recently lost, Sam Pancott.
- For a full list of our FAQs, please head to our website.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a smooth-running event for everyone. Image

Can we cope with this much yellow on one event? Something will inevitably go wrong! :)
