Quiet trailer winch, 12V?

Looking for a 12V trailer winch to replace my clattery cheap on on the trailer.
3500 lb min, 12V and prefer a nylon rope.

However, it needs to be quiet!

Min sounds like the gearbox is ready to explode, like this from new.

any real-life suggestions please?

First time I've seen reference to noise levels in any winch spec.
