Have just replied to your PM mark, as you are booked in at the hotel anyway I doubt it will be a problem. Just speak to the hotel directly and let them know you have a +1 for the dinner too and give your food choices as per Clive’s posts.

Hi, I would like to come to C&M to meet you all and possibly do the drive. I’m already booked for Boxengasse so will be going but would be interested in finding out where the drive down there starts from or passes. I don’t think I’ll get away with dinner too (family commitments) and I live local so do!mt need a hotel. Cheers

You'll need to book an 1100 Ticket for C&M , if difficult try 1130 or 1200.
We can give you more info there - we aren't publishing the overnight venue for obvious security reasons.
