Given all the attention the old Yellow has had this week I thought I’d better not leave the 986 out so gave it a good wash and polish

I do like the idea of a car port. Yours works very well next to the front door.

Me and my daughter popped up to a lovely car meet at Crook ( Co Durham) . Met a few other ddkers , had some ice cream, looked at the cars and enjoyed the weather . It was a 4pm-8pm and we didn’t get there until 6 so didn’t really get a chance to look at all the cars and a lot left by 7:30. Next time I’ll wash the car Image

I used to have 356 CVE on my 1986 supersport [ lost it when left UK for 20 years] - i was hoping to buy a 356 on the future!

When greasing my elephant bushes I noticed the return fuel hose at the tank was cracked so today finally got round to swapping it. Interestingly the cracked hose was date stamped 2015 so relatively new. Cut the hose open and looks like the cracks were outside surface only but still they need changing for piece of mind. New hoses , 10mm feed, 7.9mm return . Going to keep an eye on the new feed hose the radius it needs to run is a bit tight

Good move.
I've seen them with a 'tight' fitting spring on the free length stopping the tube going oval over time, but it is a very tight space.
The feed pipe on my 3.2 in the 911 has this design from the factory and the radius is far from acute.
