Should we of received something if we are stopping at the hotel
Hotel reservations should have been made individually and would have been emailed by hotel last week reconfirming reservation.

IF you are NOT on this – then you booked individually AFTER our cutoff date- please reconfirm directly with hotel,[use tel.number and option1] tell them you are with DDK group for dinner and make menu choices as below.
Guests on list- Hotel have asked that you phone through -[use tel.number and option1] menu choices directly to save waiting time – dinner is at 1930 – we have tables for 6 and 8- seat yourselves!!
NOTE breakfast starts at 0700 on Sunday – Spit Nolan needs us ready to leave at 0815.

Just a reminder to folks heading to this on the Sunday that the eventbrite tickets are not attached to the confirmation email. You either need to download them from the website and print them out, or install the eventbrite app on your phone and make sure they are downloaded in the app.
I mention this because the mobile phone signal at Boxengasse is almost non existent so arriving at the gate without your ticket printed or downloaded could be a problem.
I would like to come to just the CM and drive out. I was already to go to Boxengasse so have tickets for that already and I will stay with a friend the night before for that. Do I need to book anything?
