I'm wondering if these will fit they are narrower and taller?
Any idea why I have different pads on the front and back?

Will there be a problem putting in a pad that is .6/.7mm too narrow? I guess not? The one I found online is 61.1 v 61.73. I have in.

I run 4004T15 and 4056 CL RC6 pads. My 914 is a 1975 model year. I do remember having to open out the holes for the retaining pins on the one pair but dimensionally they fitted no problem. TBH I doubt 0.6mm makes any difference.
However, be aware that CL Brakes don't list a pad specifically for the rear of a 914, which is why I needed o modify one pair slightly. Not sure what year your car is but the 4004T15s fit 1.7/1.8 models with ATE calipers (front). The 4056 are listed as being for 2.0-litre models 1972-75 (again, front).
