Was going - had reservations, etc - but then found it clashed with Goodwood Members Meeting, which I prefer not to miss. Have fun!

Haven’t been since pre Covid, hopefully next year, but like Keith it it’s the same week as the members meet then Goodwood will win out

Seems to be as good as it ever was. Except no Porsche or BMW factory stands.
Nice to be back.

Re: Essen anyone?
I can report that show was very good and on its way back to it pre-covid form. We went from Wednesday to Friday and I'm still not sure if we saw everything.
The manufacturers haven't return yet though. Everyone was super friendly and pleased to see us, hotel great, on-site street food & beverages really good, taxi's very fast!
And we still made it to Goodwood on Friday night.

I was with someone who'd never been before, so it was great seeing their reaction to it all. It felt disappointing compared to last year, though. How much of that is down to no official Porsche and BMW presence, I couldn't say. Battle Kart takes up a hall or two now as well.

We went last year and it was the only time we got around the show in a few hours. Spent the next day in Dusseldorf by the river.
