I took my '69 RHD Crayford , and the wife , to the 914 International in mid Wales, a very well organised event--well done to organisers--I believe there was aboput 107 nine fourteens in attendance.

I was competing on Three Castles Rally in Wales last week - in Tango 914!
We saw plenty of 914s coming other way on Thursday morning - noone flashed back though................
Our lunch stop was Portmeirion - as was the 914s - I was nearly waved into wrong car park.
Did anyone mention lots of classic cars with rally plates?
By the time we came back up from lunch only two 914s left in the car park and us in the rally car park - popped down to say hello - one German tangerine 6 and an apple green Welsh 914.

“A REMINDER. I would be grateful if those members who have borrowed bits from me in emergencies (e.g starter motor, oil cooler, etc) would return them and/or contact me”. – Chris Turner RIP
Gutted I missed this - first year of 914 ownership after first driving one almost 40 years ago. But family commitments took priority. Colorado in a hire car is a bearable alternative.
