As a teenager one of my mates had a GT Turbo. He turned the boost up and blew the engine. It replaced his Peugot 205 GTI 1.6. That had the obligatory turning upside down of the the 1.6 badge so it read 9.1.

2001 996 Turbo, Lapis blue (am I allowed to put that here?)
I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.

When Bill Goodman rebuilt his E series 2.4 Coupe with a 3 litre turbo engine, box etc, he altered the 2.4 badge on the engine grille to read 4.2 (3 litre x 1.4 turbo equivalence factor)

The blue one looks like it has Rostyle wheels on the back. I didn’t know they did them for an imp stud pattern, more familiar on a similar vintage ford / MG etc

Love some of the cars in the background too - Granada coupe no less!

.

I don't know about a 'collection' but they all take their turn - I'll be 'out & about' in the Fulvia tomorrow.

It's tended to be the Elite more lately - it being the 'newbie' - as I've been working my way through a list of minor jobs/improvements ...
