Yeah.

I guess this is why lawyers end up the only winners. They could spend a long time arguing over whether prefacing the comment with that is enough for a reader to infer that ‘It's going to be another 15,000 to spend to finish the job properly’ is a statement of opinion rather than fact.

But it is just plain wrong to say you should replace barrels and pistons even if they are within tolerance just because ‘they won’t last forever’.

I agree it should but it's notoriously difficult to prove your losses, which you have to do in order to sue for them.

You will always get the derampers - bitter they can't afford the car and can't accept it's out of their reach.

I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.

Looks like a great project car - money to be made for someone. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1223580 ... 191202155/

Recently rebuilt & sprayed, 1980 911SC £25k. Minor engine fire, needs minor paint. Loom etc. already sorted.

maverick
noun
1. an unorthodox or independent-minded person.
2. an unbranded calf or yearling.
Origin mid 19th century: from the name of Samuel A. Maverick (1803–70), a Texas rancher who did not brand his cattle.

Been watching this 993 on CC. It always feels that the seller's answers don't quite manage to answer the questions. I think I saw it at Centre Gravity a few years ago. Didn't look too closely, but looked good from the outside.

£200k car + £150k mods = maybe £130k? I love it. Imagine shredding away from the pub car park in that.
