Shame (for me) about the non original interior parts. Otherwise looks like a well looked after car with a fair bit of money spent on it even if on non original bits. I get it though, because original replacement brown interior seats trim and carpet are so hard to find/match.

Oh, and it appears to be a 73 to me rather than the advertised 72.

Considering the (IMO) silly prices that appear to have been paid for RHD 'restoration projects' recently, this seems like very good value.

One of the instrument gauges pictured indicate that the car was originally a Sporto.
T model = 905 transmission, not 925.
