It has T badge and impact bumpers - If the VIN is correct, this is a forward-date and replacement engine lid with the wrong badge, right?

Thanks. And has to originally be pre-impact bumpers, right? Even though it now has impact bumpers.

73 means model year so produced Sept'72-June/July 73 so will be pre impact..
