Don’t you wish you could go back in time, just for one day………………?
To see, hear, smell and taste the atmosphere and share a beer or two with friends.

I don't suppose you know where I can get an authentic (-looking) one of those? Mine has a (presumably aftermarket) one with a Porsche logo. Those with a plastic insert in the top don't really cut it.
1970 911T, Signal orange (Restoration thread)
1988 3.2 Carrera backdate, Black
2001 996 Turbo, Lapis blue (am I allowed to put that here?)
I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.

Not exactly authentic, but this guy makes whatever design you want - https://builtbybasil.com/

A little research seems to show the original ones had a dome-topped plastic insert. I prefer your solid wood with the diagram marked on, though.

So that's where Bootsy comes from
maverick
noun
1. an unorthodox or independent-minded person.
2. an unbranded calf or yearling.
Origin mid 19th century: from the name of Samuel A. Maverick (1803–70), a Texas rancher who did not brand his cattle.
