Set a PB on the first timed run, and then pushed tooooo hard on the second, trying to break into the 57 sec mark - I know now that it's on, just got to do it!
All of the timed runs are here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYdW5tkJ_wk
The first full batch of each session (Batch 2) has quite a number of road-going Porsches, including our own Ross, and Laura in our car, (starting at 4.45 ish for the second round) and batch 3 has the modified cars staring at 45min and 5.13.
The meeting also had an amazing attack from many of the British contenders on the outright record, with 15 runs through the day under what was the record at the start of competition. The record started at 43.18, and was taken down to 41.76 by the British Hillclimb Champion, Wallace Menzies. A staggering amount of time to take off a record at one meeting!
Altogether a fabulous event, thank you HDLCC!
