Well bought for a RHD no sunroof RS I think. Even if it needs tidying up and a few things fixing that’s the cheapest I’ve seen a proper one go for recently.MikeB wrote:yoda wrote:This will be interesting as the same car sold on CC for £425k about a year ago.

Indeed, well bought.yoda wrote:

If the chassis number was under 500, it would have sold for much more. (this one is 509)

Having had a Sepia beetle, I am the first to say brown is the new black. I was not sure about this at first, have never seen one like it, but it’s a ‘grower’

Does anyone know anything about this car? Past owners/history. Is it any good? A friend in the USA is pursuing it...

Re: Porsche for sale of the day..........
I think they’re at their best with ALL the chrome bits and in a darker shade that highlights them. They’re jewel-like when they look like this one. Lovely.
My experience with Russell at Hexagon was positive, seems like a decent fella and was happy to be very honest about a car that I suspected was a bit iffy.
If it was a 911 I’d volunteer to go down as that car is still there and I still wonder about it, but I know naff all about 356s.
