Our last one was my first brand new car, I p/x my rubber bumper Midget against it. The MG was not a nice car, poorly built just before the MG factory closed.

The pale yellow Capri took us all over France on holiday and to many hillclimbs to spectate, sold only for my fist company car, an Austin Maestro.
Bit of a shock that.
Only downside of my Capri's was the 4 speed box, really needed 5 speeds.
Super reliable, comfortable, child friendly and really practical with a good shape too, loved it and this green one was out of this world. :drunken:
Oddly perhaps, but made my day a bit!

Probably as valuable as my 911.

Guild of muttering rotters track day today.

Can anyone identify the car in this pic that isn’t a Cayman?

Here's another of a superb day out, my lad about to take his mum for a lap in the Lockdown Ulster, it's first public outing on track, and our first attempt at 'whipping off the wings and lights'. All a great success, with only one "Oh my godddddd" moment! Image Image

From Mother or Son though!?
Curb run the wrong-way-round is disconcerting, but really good on a private day there.
Must admit, did not recognise it in the BMW pic

Excellent! I did a sprint there on Saturday, first double header there for a few years as clashes with holidays. Still not quite got my eye in on the crossover, but did a 64 which was a PB and 2nd in class. It is a bit point and squirt isn’t it? Very frantic, bet the BM was great fun there

It's a Kia isn't it? Hard to tell with these SUVs - they all look alike

That blue jobbie looks nice though

That looks like a Talbot Lago - probably John Guyatt's T150C ...

Ah ok. I only recognise Talbots if they’re green.

Apparently it had something to do with Prince Phil. Maybe John R will be along to confirm.
