Very kind of you Keith.
The driver in red is from Cornwall!
He knows what he is doing though, and always gives me words of encouragement. He drives a monster single seater.
It has been an absolute gem this last weekend and at Prescott the weekend before.
I'm very lucky to have it.

Mike Tregoning, possibly the only (now ex-) Ford dealer principal who can build and tune Twin Cam and BDA engines, and has years of rallying experience before taking up hillclimbs with a succession of very quick Pilbeam single seaters.
Definitely one of the good guys!

Hmmmmm ......... The world changes.
After they passed their test, we wouldn’t let any of our offspring out in the family Beetle that they learned to drive in until they could check the oil, change a wheel and change the fan belt. Youngest daughter was extremely upset when she was out with an elderly aunt in London, and wouldn’t let Mary change a flat tyre, insisting on waiting more than an hour for the RAC to arrive! Mary was used to helping with quick tyre changes in the Hillclimb paddock......
Too many people have forgotten ( or have never known!) the basics

Same here, by daughter went through the basics with me, washer bottle etc.
Time has gone by, you do nothing now until a light comes on, then presumably go to Google to find out what to do...
25 years ago I did a lot of Patent work with an eccentric patent attorney who insisted his 2 girls could do it all, but also he insisted they did all the work to pass their motorcycle test too just so they would understand about motorcycles too, but banned them from having one.
Grumpy in the West Midlands.

What an interesting picture. I wonder what had happened? Had the train stopped on the crossing? Surprising bunch of vehicles too. And what is that on the rear screen of the 911?
