Re: Yellow zinc bot sets
I am not aware of anyone offering a complete car set of yellow passivated fasteners for the 911 of any year.
Yellow passivation is processed using Chrome 6, a heavy metal, and actually banned from volume product around the world which is why most fastener suppliers stock 'clear' passivation which can be less corrosion protective.
You can still get yellow passivated fasteners, easily on ebay, but the quality of the accrual fastener may not be right for a particular position on the car.
I personally would want strength over appearance, but if you try you can get both.
Only a few fasteners on a 911 are odd thread pitches, most are regular 'coarse' metric and commonly used.
Bolts such as gearbox cross member mounting bolts are fine form I think (my experience is for the 1973 911)
Many fastener companies have good on-line ordering and a very wide range of sizes, diameter and length and some only sell high tensile fasteners in those sizes, but they may also all be clear passivation.
I have used Namrick for about 30 years or more for many projects, there are others.
Others on here may know different!

Hi Jonny, there was a guy on Ebay doing a kit. Another fella on the S registry was also supplying a kit.
I always think these kits look expensive until you try to buy a bolt from Porsche.

Hi, I bought a kit and am having success with it. The owner of the comapny is very helpful in resolving any technical difficulties. I've been enjoying preparing my engine rebuild parts. If I could post photos, I would show some of the results....
I went here:
https://classic-plating.co.uk/plating-kits/
"Our Bright Zinc plating kit with clear/blue passivate gives a bright silver finish or if left longer will impart a blue sheen finish. Both finishes provide long lasting corrosion protection.Yellow/Gold passivate gives a gold finish with outstanding corrosion protection characteristics."
