...however I still had a niggle as I'm pretty sure two of the cars measured had original front bumpers with the same dimensions......and then when it came to fitting the front bumper (a major, major pita!) Barry decided we did need a tad more width to keep the shape and integrity of the bumper so he got out the cutter!

....but then I never underestimate the skill of the metal meister and this morning's photos highlighted just how brilliant he is
......
Now perfect and bang on spec!
A balls ache for Barry, more expense for me but in the grand scheme of things a potential 'if only' well and truly dodged.
