Has anyone got got an alloy 915 casing sitting around waiting for a new home?

Try MB Engineering in the Lakes and possibly Tuthill's.
Hard to find now without needing repair to the main bearing areas, possibly you will have to fix that to get a good part.
MB has done mine very well, careful machining, but Mike has that sorted.
