Maybe that range is ok over there?
Motor tax in RoI is a big factor, often many times more than UK, there is a big reduction on EVs and they are selling well down there
Not sure that’s a factor in electric Classics though Mike since any car over 30 years old has road tax at €56/year.

Kate told me that you'd joined the FB group!
Porlock Hill Climb, either 1992 or 3, I was no 57 both events. Fabulous venue, unfortunately now deemed too dangerous for hillclimbs, although still regularly used on rallies, Le Jog etc.
In the background in the dark glasses, my dear departed old mate and Porsche enthusiast (911 Carrera 3.0) Chris Medland of Camel Vale Motor Club, who was assistant time-keeper.
Happy Days!

My Hornby ( not a euphemism) 3 rail with The Mallard went the same way.

My Mum gave away my O gauge Hornby clockwork train set, but luckily, my Dublo set survived. Dad bought the first lot in the auction rooms in Delgany Co Wicklow when I was 5 or 6........... It survived until the new-fangled 2-rail came along in the early sixties, and then all of my pocket-money went on new track, plastic wheels, and having some of the engines converted.
Now that I have more space in the man-shed, it has come out again to entertain the current crop of little people (and Grandpa!) Unfortunately there are too many jobs that need to be done to the big toys at the moment, but it's a start.

Three A4's including my original Sir Nigel Gresley body shell, repainted by a 12 year old JW, and the CoBo diesel that was a present for passing the 11-plus ............

A couple of years ago I got on the footplate of a REAL A4 - I was 12 years old again. Well for 15 mins at any rate!

Cheers
JW

PS - sorry to wander further off topic..............

It didn't win Le Mans but red over white at Daytona is my favourite of the 1970 Salzburg flame liveries
