The little V4 sounded great at full tilt, the driver gave it everything, harry-flatters everywhere he could.

Needs one of Andy's suspension geo set-ups at the back. Nice restored car and rare to see on a hill.

It's not a competition car surely?
Imagine the marshals holding a big-ass sling looking to where to latch it onto!

If it's the car I think it is, it's a Giulia GTA 1300 Junior which had an extensive international competition history but was retired some years ago & then restored to its period race spec ...

My comment was not clear enough, I meant a current competition car where towing points need to be clearly marked for marshals to grab a dead car.
I've seen some deep damage done on hillclimb cars when a car is recovered despite careful marshals.
