H1 Headlight Assembly

I have a box of loads of headlight parts both H1 and H4 all mixed up and fully disassembled. I think I have 2x complete H1 lights in here amongst it all. Going to be a nightmare to try and figure out how to put these together. Does anyone know of any useful resources to give me some guidance? I could do with a a load of pictures of different stages of assembly really or at least a detailed description of how to put one together! They look pretty complicated!

Hi Neil,

I have rebuilt H4 assemblies before and they are pretty straight forward - especially if you have the PET guide showing the exploded diagram. I'm pretty sure the H1s are also shown.

For a reference on H1 this site has some good information and some useful photos.
