Went for a great morning blast yesterday, tried a few friends cars and caught up with some mates at a village classic car show. Superb day!

Got up early before the tourists and had a run out through the North Yorkshire moors to the coast and back. By 10:30am the roads were bedlam with everyone seemingly heading to the already full coast

Earlyish start in the 911 to Oulton Park for the last day og the Gold Cup meeting.

Drove there in light traffic, car ran a dream. Not many there when I arrived, place was full when we left.
Light traffic back, car keeps up no problems.
Thought my car was the only one with 2-in-3-out, then look what arrived a few mins later.

Last run with Gary's fab seats in, HAVE to return them very soon. :(

Nice afternoon spent driving around Norfolk taking in some of the wonderful towns and villages including Holt and the picture postcard village of Heydon

It was heading home at the top of Greenhow Hill leaving Pately Bridge going back towards Grassington. I got lucky with the weather and very quiet roads.

I recycled a bit of it.....

I have been completing one of those slow-burning DIY jobs started during lockdown building some furniture and decided to do something semi interesting with my offcuts.

Ok, so if mycar is Premier League in joinery terms, I am at best a bunch of fat lads playing down the park....

I know it’s cracked (that’s why I replaced it!) but it tells a story and surprisingly my wife let it in the front room....Mind you, she says it looks like a 1970s fire, and my daughters were even less charitable. But I like it....

That is a grand road on a fine day. 8)

With the added excitement of Dibble's Bridge at the bottom of the hill.

Finally fitted new struts to the bonnet, no more pole, it's only been 10 years! Went for a quick blast as well 8)

Still have a couple of electrical issues to sort out. Wipers not working and if I turn on my lights it fries my electrics!

Yes as I stamp on my brake I always think, hmm I should perhaps do that dual circuit brake conversion!!!!!!!!!! and then forget about it.
