How have early 911 values gone in the past few years?

Just listened to Harry's Garage on the upcoming Silverstone Auction, and he said the 2.0 cars are highly valued. Just curious what's the latest take.

IMHO right now any early car is worth what someone will pay who is interested.
'Normal' cars have stepped back but good car with credibility holding well?

I feel my hotrod has 1/2'd in value.

I think it's difficult to talk about cars in general because the quality of the individual car is what is most important?
