It looks like he's splitting up the business into separate parts, to cover the bespoke rebuilds, used car sales and whatever.

Yep.

Apparently trying to distance the consignment sale cars from the higher end stuff having struggled when people were expecting the same quality, warranty backup etc from a 100,000 mile 944 as they’d get on a £100,000 rebuilt car.
