2nd one is still sort of the same car, 1st one really isn’t! Both super cool and the SWB Quattro is on my imaginary lottery list.

More Group B shenanigans. Apparently Citroen tried to buy back all the BX4TCs after their poor performance on the stages. Getting a lift in a bog standard BX was the closest I got to a space shuttle in the 80s

My Latest ( longest ) project - been going for five years ( let down by a horrendous "restoration" company ) now in the home straight - Abarth rep' with Kevlar arches / engine from Italy with twin Webber's , up to 37bhp ish ! / Billet alloys / leather interior / full bare metal respray / custom made wiring loom / should be entertaining when it's finished !

Re: my non-Porsche picture of the day
Had a couple of these Abarth’d 500’s. best had a steel longer throw crank (£850ish from middlebarton garage around 1993), 754cc, 4 port head, lumpy cam, big arches with wide wheels, when on tune just over 50hp, thrashed around inner London and basically like driving a very fast Go kart and virtually unbeatable on narrow streets. Used as my wedding car, 100mph was perfectly possible and made most laugh. Great fun.sng45 wrote:
