Which reminds me... is anybody else experiencing vivid dreams during lockdown. It’s been reported many are and I certainly am. No idea why
As it happens yes. But I am not sure if it is lockdown per se, more the fact that with me providing the after school care we are eating tea at 6ish, instead of the norm 8.30. Therefore I’m getting hungry again before bedtime and hitting the cheese and fruit hard!
I am basically on 4 meals a day, so think I am going to have to try the Brian Butterfield plan....
