1966 911 (or 912!) on The Samba

£85,000 + getting it here for a 912 with a 911 motor doesn’t feel like great value to me.

Unless I’m missing something. Which I often do.

I quite like the paint, but if it was me I would go to http://revival-cars.com/ buy one and hot rod it to my own spec, assuming resale is no importance. But as Sam says probably I have missed the point. Roy

Don is an aggressive dealer in my opinion. He gets lots of cars with nice history but they are always top-dollar and his ads make you feel like you are never going to be a valued customer, just another contributor to his retirement pot.

Agreed. The wording of the ad is clearly designed to avoid saying it’s a 912, presumably hoping people don’t notice, but to hint at it so he can deny being deliberately misleading. I’d be terrified of buying anything from someone who works like that.
