Acorrding to the chassis number, yes it's a '69S LWB.

The engine number is also a '69S.
CoA are no longer available from Porsche but you can get a Kardex (all model years upto 1969) from somebody like Davep for a fee, so you can check if it's matching numbers.

Looks like Bahama yellow to me.
Pity it's a sunroof car.

Certainly an interesting car from an Irish perspective, given its owner and competition history

Could be signal orange, and motor seems a little later than chassis. Yes, can get the Kardex.
Porsche historian & researcher, contact me for Kardex through 1969 model year.
