Blaupunkt Toronto

Post by DamianF »

Hi all

I’ve been trying to figure out why the Blaupunkt Toronto SQR48 radio unit in my 911 stopped working and after some messing about with the wiring I now have a weird situation where when I have the ignition on, the display on the radio is on even when the radio itself is switched off!

Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

And does anyone have a schematic for this radio unit that shows what all the different connections on the back panel are for?

Thanks

Damian

Is it likely that you have the radio directly connected to the battery without the ignition key cable? or with a "bridge" in the installation, you have to clean up.
