Swapped out the original seats, which had been 'repaired' with electrical tape, for a pair sourced on Facebook Marketplace pages!

Refined the gear change mechanism on my racer's 915 box, tedious, but much better for it.

Spent the day 'prototyping' a bell-crank linkage from CSP to fit a 914 on Webers. Now got to replace the throttle cable, a job I'm not relishing as I'm not quite as flexible as I used to be (neither is the current cable...).
