Only one - No Mercy, the race car*, but orange remains one of my favourite colours.

* although my ’74 Carrera did have orange on it...

After a day or so on eBay, up popped a pair of early rear hub flanges, the hard to find ones with the bosses ready for drilling for five-studs. In the States I found two or three pairs for sale at $700-1000. These came from Portugal and were a fraction of that. Arrived in two days, too. :)

Just right for these – full set of five for £900. Not a bad deal.

Yes - hence the bargain price. As per factory 914/6 fitment.

Ah...I saw those and put a thread on here - a lot of comments about 15s being better hence why I stuck to the 914/4 Fuch. They do look great!

There's more tyre choice with 15s, but I'm more after a period look. Couldn't justify the prices being asked for deep six 15s these days!

I get that - I did have a look and thought wow!

Yours do look great - when do you get the car (assume it's coming from the US)?

It's sitting at the shipping agents in Charleston right now, so could ship in a few days, or it could be weeks – depends on the availability of a container. Sea crossing is 10-12 days from there, again depending on where else the ship docks first.
