356 Registry East coast holiday

Wondered if any of you guys were going over to Atlantic City in October for the registry's east coast holiday bash. I booked to go with my wife Julia but due to lots of problems at her work she can't make the dates. So if you are, there is a free T shirt and dinner up for grabs, I'll even give you a lift there in the renter, what a gent I am.

Had a gay old time over in Ocean City, oops can't really say that now. Start again, had a jolly pleasant few days in Noo Joisey ogling all the 356's on the boardwalk in Ocean City NJ. A very well organised meeting starting with registration where you received loads of goodies, shirts and bags and badges and a veritable book on what was going on throughout the weekend. First trip was to the Simeone Museum in Philadelphia. This was a collection of winning cars of big races like Mille Miglia, Le Mans, Targa Florio. The highlight was Mr Simeone getting his 917 out for a few hot laps around the car park, sounded good. Then back to base for a few tech sessions, food and more food. A trip out to Cape May and a winery right at the very bottom of New Jersey, back for more grub. The next day was assemble at the local small airport for the drive to park on the Ocean City boardwalk which although being pretty tacky from all the pizza and ice cream stalls was an impressive bit of local architecture. Back home on Virgin in upper class where I had to ask for wine and was given a lump of steak which maybe even Rover would have refused. But it was a great time, not too many outlaws and I would have loved to have been there in my car.
