Pau Historic Grand Prix

Morning all

Trying to organise a lads weekend away next year. Done a fair few of the normal classic events but this one looks interesting.
Just a question if anyone one has been before and have you any tips or advice to give.

Never been to the race, but I've stayed in the hotel parc Beaumont about 5 years ago on business. There are plenty of historic race pictures on the walls and the hotel overlooks some of the corners used in the race as witnessed by the painted curves. a decent hotel as I remember. Pau is a great town with awesome food, wine, bars and wider environment. I would have liked to attend the race but that will have to be another time. Go for it. Matt
