993 rhd CCU removal
Help. I'm struggling to get he CCU out of my 94 RHD 993 because the indicator stalk is in the way even when it's in the up position. Anybody know if it can be removed and if so any tips? On a LHD car seems there is a vital amount of more space. Appreciate and comments and experiences. Phil at the Super90 Speedshop.

I removed mine with the switch in place, it is tight, mask up the dash so you dont damage it.

If you are still struggling. You may have to remove the steering wheel (if it's got an air bag disconnect the battery first) and switch clam shell. There is a clamp bolt on the switch assembly which you can loosen allowing the switches to be rotated slightly. It also helps to remove the radio so you can get a finger behind the ccu. Disconnecting the plugs is also a right fiddle.
