Zenith 40tin carb Question

When re-fitting the hexagonal main jet holders into the body of the carb does the cross drilled hole in the jet holder have to line up with the hole in the bottom of the float chamber?

That’s the same as mine. It’s just luck of the draw if it lines up or not. There is clearance all the way around so it doesn’t matter.
