/\ I had a guy working for me in Italy about 10yr ago where there was a similar rule i think?
he was driving to work and back in what amounted to a golf cart that would do about 55kph flat out because he was banned for 3 months.. apparently people used to throw empty plastic bottles and things at him when he was driving it!! :lol:
the worst thing is he lived about 50km from work so it was a LONG 3 months!..

i assume there's some special history with that peel, and they're not normally worth 50k?!

As kids, my brother and I used to drive one round the garden, it regularly 'fell over' :lol:
We sold it a few years ago for not nothing remotely in that region. It was before they shot to fame with Clarkson driving one round the BBC studios.
