Later rear shocks with earlier trailing arms

Hi all,
Later rear shocks use a 14mm bolt to attach the lower shock mount to the trailing arms. Earlier trailing arms were 12mm.
Hence, when using later shocks with earlier trailing arms, I intend to use 12mm bolts but will need a sleeve to adapt the 14mm mount hole in the shock to the 12mm bolt which fits the arm.
Before I go and get a pair of 14mm OD 12mm ID sleeves machined - does anybody sell them?
