356 INTERNATIONAL

Post by 914-6 »

I'm sure there must be details somewhere but I haven't been able to locate.
Unfortunately I haven't entered this event but would really like to pop along at a suitable venue to take a look around the participants cars--is there somewhere that "spectators" can visit ?
Anyone else spectating?

cheers

Ian

Part of this year’s International involves jousting and stuff like that at Hedingham Castle. Any make of Porsche can attend apparently.

Porsche Club members can get tickets here

I have just spoken too PCGB in an attempt to clarify the Hedingham situation

It is open to anybody in any car – you do not have to be a club member

The official entrants will be parked together and apparently there will be food provided for Entrants only.

There will be no Food Booths for the day visitors but picnicer`s are welcome

There will be NO facilities to collect money on the gate. You need to ring PCGB and pay £10 per car - They will then send you an email, which will be your ticket.

You need to do this before Monday next – 30th April

Pirelli will be there with a selection of their tyres suitable for a 356 https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/classi ... e/356.html

THe 165HR15 CA67 will be on a 356 wheel. that is the only genuine period tyre currently available for a 356 i believe

then on Fuch wheels they will have the 165VR15 Cinturato CN36 N4 and the 185/70WR15 Cinturato CN36 N4. Both Homologated by Porsche as the tyre they recommend for Porsches.

We met a few of the cars in the country lanes around us on their way to finchingfield or weathersfield whilst out in the 912 on satuarday. Looked fantastic! Hea d that one car broke down in Radwinter and was offered assistance by a fellow forumite only to be told that the service car will be along shortly

I think you will find that a chain mail stab vest is an essential garment in the County of Essex

Isn’t Essex the only county in England where girls have a higher sperm count than men. Not t the reason I missed the rally I hasten to add.

Has anyone watched Meades Joy Of EsSex on YouTube because it’s fascinating and even educational, which is not a what you expect from Aunty. He describes Poundbury as a Thomas Hardly theme park for slow learners
