Getting leg nut covers off?
I can't loosen 3 nuts because the socket will not fit over the cover and the covers refuse to come off? Any ideas?

Are they just plastic (cosmetic) covers ?
If so they're usually just a press-fit - you should be able to pull them off with a pair of long nose pliers.

Aluminum but they will not move with pliers or a wrench.Lightweight_911 wrote:Are they just plastic (cosmetic) covers ?

Re: Getting leg nut covers off?
A quick search of landyzone (which I should of done before) reveals that only the cover for the locking but comes off! Plus the expanding of the but covers is common. The way to do this is increase the size of the socket then replace the nuts after use. I didn't have a 28mm so I've ordered one
