Heat exchangers for original uk car

Afternoon all,

I am wondering if the collective knows whether UK cars were supplied with the full euro style heat exchangers or whether some come with the standard ROW versions often referred to as US numbers.

I have read that "Euro" versions were more of a Geman market thing.

Thoughts? Matt
