fan blower switch wiring

I'm not sure uf this crosses over to 911/912 but the 914 has a set of three sliding switches to control the fresh air fan up front.

There are 3 wires on the side of the mechanical switch. There is a small brown tail wire riveted on top and a male spade riveted underneath.

can anyone advise what wires go to the small tail on top and the male tab riveted underneath?
