racing exhaust

Post by james911rs »

Has anyone got or fitted one of these?
Is it suitable for road use or will i wake the dead?
Thanks

Several members on here have either fitted one of these 'sports' exhausts or modified a std silencer to this spec.

I have one on my 2.8 twin-plug car - I haven't driven it very far yet but it doesn't seem excessively loud :

If the one fitted to Mick Cliffs car is anything to go by, it sounds sweet & not to loud on the street BUT is too loud for trackdays ( almost 107 DB static test)
