Simple door adjustment?

My left door looks like it needs a simple adjustment. The door sits a little proud at the junction of the rocker/sill and front fender.

Is it just a case of loosening the three bolts and pushing it inboard a few millimetres? Is there adjustment potential? Do I need to get a special tool to loosen those bolts? It’s a 1972 car.
