Steel wheels price ?

One of my friend ask a question to me, but i haven't a answer !
What's the correct price for a set of 4.5X15 steel wheels 66 dated ?
I think around 140 GBP/Wheel !!!!
What do you think ?

Painted or chrome?
Do they need work (repairs/refurbishing) or are they like new?

Here on the mainland those wheels will set you back in bad shape (but straight) in need for refurbishing approximately € 90 each and in brandnew state with perfect chrome about € 200 each...

But the chrome is not in good shape !

You are looking at about £300 per wheel to get them re-chromed.
